Grandaddy's boat used to be at the farm, and Haley saw it there and he told her it was Haley's boat. So now she always calls it Haley's boat and she finally got to ride in it Friday afternoon after her stroller nap.
Grandaddy's house is right next to the Marine Air Station, so there are normally some planes flying around, but Friday some of the air show acts were practicing. We had a great view all day, but especially from the dock and the boat.
Haley was a little unsure of the boat ride at first, but she loosened up and started to enjoy it.

Haley got to drive the boat for a little while, though Daddy and Grandaddy had to help because she tried to turn the wheel like she does in the racecar shopping carts at the grocery store.
We had a nice ride and even saw some dolphins on the way back. We stopped the boat and got to see two of them pretty close up. They would make that blowing/breathing sound when they surfaced and Haley said "they're coughing".
