A Fun Weekend Trip

We went to Greenwood this weekend to visit with some of our best friends and so that we could take Haley to the Clemson vs NC State game on Saturday. We got to the Carroll's late Friday afternoon and soon after headed out to the Myers' for dinner. I was too busy visiting and playing with kids to take many pictures but I did catch Haley and Morgan playing in the chair.Haley was sprawled out sideways at first, but then Morgan wanted to get in too.Eventually they were sitting side by side and realized they could have a really good time "rocking" together.

After a very rough Friday night (Haley did not want to sleep at all and ended up falling asleep in bed with Justin and I at 1:00 am), we got up bright and early Saturday morning. Page and Joel came over and soon we were off to Clemson. It was pretty cold, so Haley was wearing a bunch of layers. We went to Tigerwalk, so Haley could see the cheerleaders and stuff and she was very impressed with the big flags. She clapped right in time with everyone else and said "Go Tigers".We had a decent size group at the tailgate and Haley enjoyed playing with her baby. She also got her purple pants wet and I only brought one pair of extra clothes, which didn't exactly match the orange and purple look she was rocking!Owen had a good time snacking and playing. We got to the game in plenty of time for the flyover and for Haley to see the balloons (which is probably her favorite part). At one point the boy in front of Haley stood up on the bleachers and she looked up at him, shook her finger and said "Sit Down!". She was over it pretty much once the game started, so Justin took her to the car where she napped for an hour and 45 minutes in her car seat. Most of the crowd ended up watching the end of the game at the car and then we hung out for awhile longer before heading back to Greenwood.Saturday night was much better and Haley laid down and slept for 12 hours without making a peep! I guess Friday night was just a reminder for us to be thankful for what a great sleeper she usually is. We loved taking Haley to another game and really enjoyed spending some time with our good friends.
